Refund policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 10 working days of the stated delivery date.  We want you to be satisfied! If you are not 100% satisfied with the delivered product, we will do everything we can to win back your satisfaction. We will replace any defective or damaged products through a direct delivery to your student.  If we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a refund for that product.
